Clive Hornsby - Founder
Clive focuses on turning complexity into clarity.
His contribution to Growvation centres on structuring thinking so that leaders can see what matters, challenge assumptions and act with confidence. He is particularly concerned with situations where expertise exists but is poorly expressed, decisions are revisited repeatedly, or risk is absorbed without being named.
Clive brings a strong bias towards ethical decision‑making, explicit evidence standards and making complex ideas usable without dilution.
Niall Ogilvy - Founder
Niall focuses on decision integrity under pressure.
His role within Growvation is to ensure that judgement holds when conditions change. This includes setting clear rules for evidence, ranking and governance so decisions remain defensible over time, not just persuasive in the moment.
Niall brings a disciplined approach to operating clarity, with particular emphasis on reducing drift, avoiding false certainty and maintaining consistency at executive and board level.
